MEMI has partnered for the $9.5 million project with construction manager PARIC Corporation of St. Louis, architect Simon Oswald Associates of Columbia, and architect engineer Butler, Rosenbury & Partners of Springfield. The facility's design is focused on increasing operational efficiencies and company-wide collaboration. MEMI's 160 Columbia employees are expected to move to the new building late in 2005.
